Room reservation processes and policies

The beautiful Hilton Anatole Hotel offers an array of activities, dining and amenities for all PCAFI guests to enjoy! To reserve your room under the PCAFI room block you must register for the IHC24 GROWTH Conference first. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your room under the PCAFI room block. A charge for a one-night stay is applied at the time of booking. 

Two weeks prior to the conference, a room reservation audit will take place. If you have a room reservation but have not registered for the IHC GROWTH Conference, your room reservation rate will increase to the regular hotel rate. Please make sure the person listed as the hotel guest for your room is registered for IHC GROWTH Conference 2024, to remain at the conference discounted room rate.

Please note that a $75 incidental hold will be applied nightly to your reservation and held on your card during your stay. Once your stay is completed the hold will be released and funds will be added back to your card. It is best to use a credit card versus a debit card when checking in, to avoid the amount being held from your bank account.

Free Wi-Fi

Complementary Wi-Fi, and refrigerators are available in all guest rooms.

Resort access bands

Additionally, the PCAFI convention office has a limited number of FREE resort access bands for conference registered attendees. You must sign up daily to reserve your band(s) and resort access time slot. Resort access band sign-ups will open July 15, 2024.

Unlimited resort access bands can be purchased for guests (up to 4) in room, for $25 per day through the front desk.

Self-parking

Self-parking is available for a fee of $11 per day for hotel guest who are registered with IHC GROWTH Conference. Nonregistered guest self-parking fee is $34 per day.

Travel distance from airport to hotel
The Hilton Anatole is approximately 20 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport and 10 minutes from Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport.
